Board Meeting Notification
The Washington County Board of Education meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the boardroom located at 509 Adams Street, Plymouth, NC. The boardroom is open for guests. Masks are optional.
We will have closed session in accordance with NC General Statutes 143-318.11(a)(1) To prevent the disclosure of information that is privileged or confidential or not considered a public record under NC General Statute No. 143-318.11(a)(1) pursuant to 115C-319, 115C-402 and 20 US Code 1232g143-318.11(a)(3) in order to confer with the Board Attorney regarding a matter within the attorney/client privilege and to preserve that privilege; and with NC General Statutes 143-318.11(a)(6) in order to discuss one or more personnel matters that are confidential under North Carolina law. The closed session will begin at 4:30 p.m.
