Attention: Washington County Schools, in conjunction with the Alliance for Greater Eastern North Carolina (AGENC) and the North Carolina Arts Council is proud to announce a Jazz Concert by Connected on November 5, 2022 at 6:00 PM at the Vernon James Center. Tickets are $5.00 each. It is a great opportunity to hear a live musical performance locally for all our students, parents, school personnel and community.
Connected was formed in 1996 by Wayne James, who taught band at Northeastern High School for 30 years. The band plays a variety of musical styles and is very committed to providing live musical experiences for all people across the Northeastern Albemarle area.
Connected will also present a concert and interactive teaching session with students from Washington County Middle School and the Atomic Boom Marching Band for the student body on November 7.
