GREETINGS TIGER CUBS FAMILY!!
Students, Families, Staff and Community Stakeholders! I am Principal Gallop, at Creswell Elementary School with a few announcements for the week of April 24 - April 28, 2023.
THANK YOU to everyone who made our SPRING EGG HUNT a huge success!! To our Staff and Parent Volunteers we APPRECIATE YOU for donating your time and resources. Without you, the event for our students would not have been a success. We are looking forward to the next one!
Character Education Traits for this week are honesty and trustworthy. Honesty is the quality or fact of being honest; uprightness and fairness, truthfulness, sincerity, frankness, freedom from deceit or fraud. Trustworthy, able to be trusted as being honest, safe, reliable, worthy of confidence and dependable.
Starting tomorrow Monday, April 24, 2023 - Friday, May 5, 2023 we have set aside these days for the KINDERGARTEN - 2ND GRADE ASSESSMENTS. Parents and Guardians be sure that these students get a good night's rest prior to the testing dates and have them in school and ready for the assessments.
We will have KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm for children who are not currently enrolled in Pre-Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 School Year. Parent/Guardian BRING THE FOLLOWING Photo ID/License, Certified Birth Certificate with Seal, 2 Proofs of Residency (one has to be a lease, deed or a mortgage statement), Updated Shot Record. After this date parents can pick up applications at the front office or contact the school for assistance. Health Assessment form will be provided at registration. Child must be 5 years old before August 31, 2023. Mrs. Dina Brown will be the contact person. Please bring all of the necessary documents to complete the application packet.
MAKO Medical will continue to come on campus on Wednesdays for COVID Testing. There is still time to sign up if you need this service.
Read at least 35 minutes a day with your child or children and have them read to you. Ask them to explain to you what they have read for comprehension and understanding. Have them share with you each day what they have learned in school in each subject. It is very important to be in school each day from the beginning to the end to receive instruction. Students who ride the School Bus to stay in their assigned seat, put on their seatbelt until it is time for them to exit the bus and to use their inside voice. Parents and Guardians, please encourage your child to be on their best behavior in school and on the school bus. When students are out of school for sickness or appointments, and ect., please send a note to school. Please continue to be a CHAMPION in the lives of others everyday. ¡GRACIAS a todos los que hicieron que nuestra BÚSQUEDA DE HUEVOS DE PRIMAVERA fuera un gran éxito! A nuestro personal y padres voluntarios, LE AGRADECEMOS por donar su tiempo y recursos. Sin ustedes, el evento para nuestros estudiantes no hubiera sido un éxito. ¡Estamos deseando que llegue el próximo!

A partir de mañana lunes 24 de abril de 2023 - viernes 5 de mayo de 2023 hemos reservado estos días para las EVALUACIONES DE KINDERGARTEN - 2º GRADO. Los padres y tutores deben asegurarse de que estos estudiantes descansen bien antes de las fechas de las pruebas y que estén en la escuela y listos para las evaluaciones.
Tendremos INSCRIPCIÓN DE KINDERGARTEN el martes 2 de mayo de 2023 de 9:00 am a 4:00 pm para niños que actualmente no están inscritos en Pre-Kindergarten para el año escolar 2023-2024. Padre/Tutor TRAIGA LO SIGUIENTE Identificación con foto/Licencia, Acta de Nacimiento Certificada con Sello, 2 Pruebas de Residencia (una tiene que ser un contrato de arrendamiento, escritura o declaración de hipoteca), Registro de Vacunas Actualizado. Después de esta fecha, los padres pueden recoger las solicitudes en la oficina principal o comunicarse con la escuela para obtener ayuda. El formulario de evaluación de la salud se proporcionará en el momento de la inscripción. El niño debe tener 5 años antes del 31 de agosto de 2023. La Sra. Dina Brown será la persona de contacto. Traiga todos los documentos necesarios para completar el paquete de solicitud.
MAKO Medical continuará viniendo al campus los miércoles para las pruebas de COVID. Todavía estás a tiempo de darte de alta si necesitas este servicio.
